University & Graduation...

I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Honors) Degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria in February 2000.

One of the things I remember the most about my Academics was that, although I was a brilliant student, this did not start showing up in my GPA until we started core Departmental Courses at 300 Level. From then on, I was averaging grade 'B' in my courses.

However, by projection, I narrowly missed having a 2nd Class Upper Degree by 0.01 points (Dissapointing, isn't it?).

However I could find solace in the fact that, on graduation, I found a good and enviable Internship placement in a Bank.

What I remember most about my social life was that I was on the quiet side, choosing only to engage in activities that were not to flashy. However, I think I would be remembered for my love for Blogging (Then probably called Journalism) as evident in the leisure reading material I usually posted up in our halls (which I got from the Internet at my place of Industrial Training - a rare privilege then!)

All in all, Higher Institution for me was a place to make valuable friends and more importantly, build Character.
